Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Tele Step-Down – Georgia**Start Date:** October 5, 2026**Location:** Georgia**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Fast-paced acute care environment with PCT assistance; Ratios: 3-4:1 in IMCU setting and 5-6:1 in Tele-Medical/Surgical units**Highlights:**- High-acuity telemetry step-down unit providing post-ICU care- Clinical responsibilities include drip management, stable ventilator patients, and progressive care (no vasopressors)- Cerner electronic medical record system- Float responsibilities to telemetry and medical/surgical telemetry units as needed- Ideal for independent, adaptable clinicians who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings- Supportive team environment with patient care technician assistance**Requirements:**- Active Georgia RN license or compact state license- Telemetry and step-down/progressive care experience required- Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity patients independently- Flexibility to float across multiple units- Strong critical thinking and time management skills- Manager interview required**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced telemetry nurses seeking a challenging, high-acuity environment where clinical skills are continuously utilized.
