Occupational Therapist (OT)

Sierra Vista, AZ | Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to an adult and geriatric inpatient population across a wide variety of diagnoses and treatment needs
Collaborate with therapy team including COTAs within an inpatient department setting
Float to the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) as required
Document patient care accurately using the Cerner EHR system
Participate in rotating weekend coverage as part of the department schedule

Required Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required per state licensure requirements
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Strong time management skills and ability to manage a varied caseload
Flexibility and ability to function as a team player in a fast-paced inpatient environment
Must meet all education requirements per OT licensure standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working with adult and geriatric patient populations in an inpatient setting
Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records
Adaptable personality with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
